This plant lives in a south facing window and dries out significantly between watering. It's a very tough, beginner friendly plant, great for those hot, south-facing windows.

It is currently buzzing like crazy around this treez lots of wild solitary bees and other insects are enjoying it! 🌸🐝
In autumn it produces lots of tiny apples that the birds enjoy long into the winter 🌸🌿

#hoyalao1 is blooming for the first time! Another 2 peduncles are on the way! 😍

It smells quite strong, especially in the evenings. It has quite a sharp smell that reminds me of a mixture of freshly cut grass and a slightly floral smell similar to lilacs. 🌱🌸
